You are your medicine.
The art of healing comes from nature, not from the physician said Paracelsus, a physician from the 15th century. According to A. Amos Clifford (founder of the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy) and my personal experience, the medicine for this healing is in the relationship between human and nature.

This is exactly my invitation to you: to come and be in the forest, through-out all seasons, to see and experience it change and with that experience yourself also shifting, healing by just being present. I am not certified in forest therapy yet I will use the perspective and tools of Ayurveda. We will emphasize how important it is to our mental health to feed our senses with nature. Moreover, my deepest guide is the lived experience of walking myself back into a sense of peace during a difficult time. And this was possible just around the corner of my house without the hastle of taking a train, car or flight to that one special place in nature. The Romanians have a word for the feeling I found in my walks: LINIȘTE (EN: linishte). It means a kind of peaceful silence, an internal quiet that settles over you when you're fully present and connected.

I'd love to share this experience with you so come as you are and let the forest meet you (t)here.
