An informal, recurring meeting to learn
about the all-round, supportive tools of Ayurveda: from the daily routines
and seasonal rhythms (now: autumn/winter), to menstrual health,
cooking (with spices), making ghee and practicing Yoga.
And anything else that will need to be shared.
Come and be. Ask your questions, share your insights and
take home with you what serves best.
The colder, darker months might feel lighter and cosier
spent in togetherness, around the flame of Ayurveda.
